Location was perfect for us. The room is super and the staff are great.

Clogged shower, one towel per person, different check-in time than stated in Booking.com, no free parking was provided (had to leave the car outside), rude staff (speaks only Polish, no English, no Russian). 5km away from Old Town.

the car park is always an issue, every time you go in and out the security men stop you to check if you have reservation. they don’t speak English and if you tell the receptionist that you are arriving late they don’t communicate with the security. So it becomes a tense moment when you go to collect your car.

The apartment suite was good, tidy, but had to open windows to get rid of the smell. Bed sheets were provided, clean, towels were too. No big complaints

It was hard to get into the apartment, as the staff in the registration didn't speak any foreign language, only polish, but in the description it was stated, that languages were polish-russian.

Location is spot on; close to the Geological Institute, SGH and a few departments of Warsaw Technical University. Easily accessible from the central railway station via bus (incl. night ones) or subway, yet quiet. Summing up: the room was warm, clean (unless you've got an OCD), the bed was comfortable, decor on a budget side, but nice and functional. The table was a bit too high (or, the chair was too low) to allow for comfortable laptop typing. Note that at night, the reception is manned by security staff, so in case of late arrival, any out-of-ordinary request needs to be forwarded to the hotel management beforehand.

Security is instead of receptionist. he do not speak English, only polish. He insisted me to park my car too close to another car, despite that there were other free parking slots. I told that we shouldn’t do so, as driver will not be able to get into his car, but security insisted me to park that way. of course next day 20 minutes before my check-out I had to leave everything and repark my car because owner of that car needed to leave. because of that I didn’t have enough time to pack my luggage properly in the room to do check-out on time. so I needed few more minutes to pack luggage and was doing it on the parking and all that time security was standing and staring the way I pack my things into the car. after I needed few minutes to smoke on the parking before departing and again he’s been standing and staring.
