Loved the room, the view was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious, we had a fab stay!

It was perfect, the location stunning. The breakfast basket was such a lovely touch, so much attention to detail!

What an amazing place to stay! It’s in a beautiful setting, lovely and quiet. The room had everything we could possibly need for the weekend and the breakfast was just perfect. There was so much choice and nice to be able to sit in our room and eat. We will definitely be back.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, it was all perfect.

The property was in a quiet location very very clean which was the best part of it .

I didn’t like the welcome as soon as you arrived take your shoes off. Getting are names wrong and it just didn’t feel welcoming . The room was freezing and no way of turning heating on or up boiler padlocked and heating off. Was supposed to do two nights couldn’t manage two as had no sleep as so cold . Weather out side terrible wet and cold to come back to cold room . Clothes stayed cold and damp. Breakfast was poor I feel that it was expensive for what we got .

Amazing hosts in a beautiful home. The room was lovely and spacious with great attention to detail. Extras were a real delight - bottle of wine, fresh cupcakes, and even a Halloween bag of goodies. Full sized shampoo and conditioner were provided. Bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The fridge in the room was an added bonus, which was fully stocked on arrival.

Lovely view, very comfortable. Unfortunately I had to leave early for family reasons and had car ;problems, but Colleen and Craig were very very helpful and supportive. Thanks again.

The room was amazingly clean, bright and well equipped with a mini fridge, tea, coffee and kettle. A picnic basket of goodies was out outside our door every morning and had so many yummy things in it. Fresh fruit, crumpets, bread, croissants, cereal, jam, Nutella and chocolate biscuits. Plus there was fresh milk, butter, cheese and yoghurts in the fridge. The bed was so comfortable and I had such a good night's sleep. It was en suite and the shower was also amazing. They provided toiletries too which was a nice touch. We didn't arrive until late and they were very accommodating l, Colleen, the lady of the house even recommended us a takeaway to get food delivered from. The back garden was absolutely amazing and peaceful. We sat on a bench drinking a glass of wine and just soaked the peacefulness up. Honestly was the nicest b and b I've ever stayed in and it was only a 10 minute drive to Whitby. We drove our own car in but you could easily get a taxi.
