"Now we've cone across this little gem we will definitely be back."

Lovely 3 mile walk to Whitby. We love walking. Beautiful location. Everything you needed. Lovely hot shower. Towels, toiletries. Lovely breakfast basket outside room in the morning and an amazing view to sit and look at whilst having your breakfast in your room.

it was a great place to stay. Everything was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The continental breakfast selection was amazing.

"A good place for a hurried overnight short stay."

A stunning view. The property is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. it was lovely and warm.

We prefer the bathroom to be en suite. We were disappointed that the breakfast had to be delivered to our room and didn’t contain fruit and seemed to contain too many cereals and pastries. This didn’t seem to be good value for money.

Fabulous place to stay, we had a gorgeous room with a beautiful view. It was spotless, had everything we needed and the breakfast hamper was such a lovely touch with a great selection of items. Would definitely stay again, short walk into Sleights & a quick taxi into Whitby

The property was further out of Sleights than I had realised but there is a bus stop and railway station close by as we didn't want to drive into Whitby. Our room and ensuite were both spacious and well equipped. We had a fridge in our room with breakfast items in and the rest was delivered to our door at 8a.m. It was a continental style breakfast with plenty of choice. The accommodation is set in beautiful gardens and even though it was September we were able to sit and read in the grounds without coats.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. I think anyone who grumbled would be being very nit-picky!!
