W hotelu było niezwykle czysto i pachnąco, personel był bardzo uprzejmy i uśmiechnięty. Dawno nie czułam się tak mile przyjęta, jeśli ponownie będę podróżować w te okolice, rozważę kolejną rezerwację.

W pokoju było słychać dźwięki z sąsiednich pokoi oraz z sali śniadaniowej. Ze względu na osobiste preferencje, materac w pokoju był zdecydowanie zbyt miękki.

We stayed here for one night while visiting Warsaw. Unfortunately, as soon as we entered the room, we noticed a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We initially thought airing the room would solve the problem, but after returning from dinner the smell was even worse. When we tried to sleep, the odor was so strong that we could not fall asleep. Around midnight, we had to go to reception and ask for another room. At first, we were told there might not be any available rooms, but fortunately the staff eventually moved us to a different room. We appreciate that a solution was found, but a room with such a strong sewage smell should never be given to guests in the first place.

A very comfortable and cozy hotel in a good area of ​​Volya. Close to tram and bus stops, the city center is about a 20-minute drive away. The surrounding area is lush greenery and a large park. Nearby is an Auchan supermarket and small shops. There are also several dining options to suit various tastes. The rooms are functional – they have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a tea station. The bed is comfortable and the linens are high-quality. Each floor has a refrigerator and a cooler with complimentary drinking water. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in a beautifully decorated room. The tables are set with clean white tablecloths. The selection is limited, but everything is very high-quality and delicious. There are both hot dishes and cold appetizers. Friendly girls serve breakfast, constantly refreshing the selection and clearing the tables promptly.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator. It's very inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. The coffee at breakfast isn't the best. If they installed a coffee machine, I'd give the hotel a 10.
