This is an apartment with around 15 rooms and common areas. The room was really clean, even if small, but enough. Good breakfast and kind staff ready to support me with everything.

I did not have any concerns.

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. At 3 AM, we were literally left out on the street in the cold and rain because the entrance door blocked and would not open. The code we were given was correct, but the door simply did not work. We spent TWO HOURS outside in the middle of the night, freezing and completely helpless. We tried calling the host multiple times and sent messages, but they kept rejecting our calls and eventually turned off their phone. The next day, they claimed the issue was fixed. However, the exact same thing happened again — we were once more locked out in the early morning hours. And unbelievably, it happened AGAIN the following morning. Three times we were left outside like this. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed everything on the president of the building where the apartment is located, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Meanwhile, we were the ones suffering the consequences. To make things even worse, they still charged us for the stay, offered a so-called “10% discount” as if that compensates for such a horrible experience, and in the end, they even charged us MORE than what was originally agreed. This was not just inconvenient — it felt unsafe, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.
