Niestety po godz. 22 w hotelu nie było już nikogo z recepcji, przez co całą noc musiałam słuchać jak lokatorzy z piętra urządzili sobie imprezę. Hałas był niemiłosierny, trzaskanie drzwiami, bieganie po holu, krzyki. Słabe, że obsługa nie panuje nad komfortem innych gości i w nocy jesteśmy pozostawieni sami sobie.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Miły i sympatyczny personel🙂 wnętrze (i zewnętrze😉) urządzone z pomysłem i starannością. Bardzo smaczne i zróżnicowane śniadania. Przy planowaniu kolejnego pobytu w Łodzi chętnie wrócę do Villa Masoneria. Polecam 🙂
