Great location, parking spot possibility, shared kitchen

Very dirty access to the parking spot (in the basement).

Clean, great location. Friendly staff. Alghero is a beautiful city.

Not a true B and B. Basically a 3 room apartment shared with strangers, no staff around except morning to clean. Breakfast? A bunch of prepackaged pastry, treats or snacks.

Conveniently located close to Alghero town but also in a quiet neighbourhood. Very clean and spacious. Shared area well stocked with items for breakfast. Gianfranco was very easy to communicate with and accommodating when our arrival was late due to a delayed flight.

Nothing - would happily stay again

The location was amazing. Very close to city center, restaurants and shops. Also, the room had all the amenities you could imagine, which was great. The communication was smooth and very polite, the host gave us a bunch of own tips for restaurants, clubs, pubs, beaches and must-see attractions, check-in perfect.

I was not expecting that the kitchen is shared. From the photos and description, I did not expect, we would share the apartment with other guests. Even though each room had its own bathroom, terrace and key, so you could have locked it, and only the kitchen and entrance hall were shared, it could be stated in the description, to know what to expect.

Breakfast was basic but ok

Access to 4 th floor was a bit difficult

We just used the room for half day to rest and refresh. Toilet is big. Coop is just beside the building. We had an issue and the owner was so fast to respond! Learned also that there is alloted parking which is a good news.

Details of broken stuff in the shower and a blanket that was stained.

Balcony, breakfast included, good location, big kitchen and the host was super helpful and punctual.

The boiler for the shower didn’t work that well, the towels had marks from make up on.
