We truly appreciated our stay here! The location is perfect – only about a 10-minute walk from the historic center, yet set in a quiet and peaceful area. The accommodation itself is beautiful, very clean, and extremely well kept. What made the experience even more special was the host, Cristina, who was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Every day, we were pleasantly surprised with different local Italian treats, fresh fruit, water, and juices. On top of that, the host kindly provided beach umbrellas and mats whenever we needed them, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, this place is an extraordinary choice – combining comfort, cleanliness, great location, and a host who truly cares about the guests’ experience. Highly recommended!

Cristina, la dueña es muy servicial y amable, te hace sentir como en casa. En la habitación no falta detalle,, cada dlia reponía fruta fresca para nosotros, agua, zumos, snacks y de todo lo que puedas imaginar, la habitación es nueva, todo muy limpio y bonito, recomiendo este lugar al 100% si te alojas en Alghero, el centro está a 10 minutos andando y se aparca muy fácilmente y gratuitamente, lejos del bullicio y tranquilo.

Daniela and Cristina were absolutely wonderful hosts — so lovely, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need: beach equipment, fresh water, fruit, snacks, coffee, and even some delicious traditional treats from a local bakery for us to try. The facilities were fantastic too — from the drying rack on the balcony, to the Netflix for cozy evenings, and the mini fridge for our snacks and drinks. We truly felt at home and so well cared for. Highly recommend!

Tutto perfetto!! La proprietaria Cristina è un host impeccabile! Pulizia Top! Cristina è attenta in tutto e disponibile a tutte le esigenze! Già prima del nostro arrivo si è resa disponibile alle esigenze che avremmo potuto avere! Abbiamo pernottato per 4 notti e le stanze venivano ordinate giornalmente (letti rifatti quotidianamente e le asciugamani cambiate ogni due giorni), e per qualsiasi richiesta sempre massima disponibilità! Cristina ci ha messo anche a disposizione ombrelloni e stoie per il mare, che ad esempio per andare al mare alla Pelosa (Stintino) sono obbligatorie. Anche se la colazione non è compresa, trovavamo sempre snak, brioscine, biscotti, frutta fresca di stagione a nostra disposizione, il frigo pieno con acqua, latte e varie bevande e la macchinetta del caffè insieme alla macchina per riscaldare il latte o fare il cappuccino a nostro servizio. Distanza dal centro storico di Alghero circa 800 metri, perfetto per spostarsi a piedi la sera.Se dovessimo tornare ad Alghero in futuro sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura!

Cristina è stata un'host perfetta, sempre disponibile e gentile, ha risposto prontamente a qualsiasi necessità, anticipando le mie richieste. Pulizia top, biancheria sempre profumata, cibo e bevande messi a disposizione e la frutta fresca pronta al nostro rientro dalla spiaggia. la camera era silenziosa, il bagno spazioso e comodo con un ottimo sistema per stendere la biancheria. ci ha addirittura fornito le mattonelle per la borsa frigo che avrei dovuto acquistare, essendo venuta in aereo con bagaglio a mano. se dovessi tornare ad Alghero tornerei da Cristina assolutamente.

Cristina is a perfect host, she was very Friendly and answered any questions right away The bathroom is large and very clean (the smell of the towels!!💕) The bed is large and has a hard mattress which we like The whole apartment is very Clean and Cristina has paid attention to detail The old town is a 10 min walk away and the apartment itself is on a quiet street and one minute walk from a supermarket Every day she left us a little tasty surprise - we much appreciated it!

Nothing. Parking can be Tricky during rush hour but in the odd hours it's no problem

We loved everything, the welcome was so good. The lady was so nice, room was cleaned every day, was very very tidy. Mattress was so comfortable. The lady welcomed us with full table of snacks and the water melon every day, she even gave us tomatoes and cucumbers from their garden and I felt like I am in my mums house, so spoiled.
