Loved the view. Shower good. Very clean

No hairdryer. No fridge. TV fixed flat on a side wall. It should have been mentioned the property is on a very steep hill. Impossible for people with mobility issues. Instead all it said was 450m from center

Excellent location. Amazing view of the estuary and town of Aberdovey. Helpful host (Linda) who cooked a beautiful breakfast for us on our departure (spent about an hour eating local bacon, sausage etc). Linda is an excellent cook and was happy to do anything we needed to make our stay easier/better. The quality of the room and shower/toilet was fantastic. A total steal at £120. Max (the mischievous doggo) was a lovely addition during breakfast. Even though Linda kept him separate from us, he managed to pop through a couple of times for a stroke!

It's run by really nice and welcoming people. The property is fantastic, with a beautiful view of the sea. I would gladly return!
