Beautifully restored home in a great location 10 minute walk from the centre. Neil and Avril were the nicest, most accommodating hosts ever. We booked the wrong date by mistake and they were actually closed for that one day but Avril insisted we stay and we were treated to a wonderful experience. If Athlone is on your itinerary then Riverdale House is a must! Can't say enough about it!

The breakfast was wonderful. The location was very convenient to walk and go find something to eat. The hosts were awesome and very friendly. They have excellent suggestions regarding places to visit and eat.
