Soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora Rachele per la descrizione di tutto quello che c'è da fare e vedere a Bacalar compreso la possibilità di prenotare escursioni direttamente in hotel. Hotel perfetto....il sogno di noi viaggiatori.

The kindness and information from Raquel was amazing. She explained us the region and give us some tips to make the best of our time in Bacalar. The breakfast was hummy (fruits / eggs / bread / cornflakes/ coffee or tea). The room was also clean and comfy. We enjoyed our stay !

Only potential improvement : more breakfast variation ?
