Nature et al House - Casa para uso exclusivo e jardim - Little farm

Thank you for the great hospitality. The house is spacious and complete kitchen. As parents we enjoyed the lush green garden. The children fell in love with the little goat while feeding him milk and riding the horse. This house is just a 30 minute ride from the beach but located in an area for the culture castle lover. Also the caves where really nice to visit. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.

Entire apartment, bottom floor of house on small farm outside of Batalha. Very comfortable, close to Batalha Monastery, Fatima, Nazaré, Alcobaça, Leiria. Hosts very friendly. Lovely small garden in back, guests encouraged to enjoy and feed the animals (shelled corn provided) - chickens, ducks, hamsters, rabbit, goats, sheep, and pony that they let kids ride. Rooms look out on the garden and small olive, grape, and grazing fields. Just delightful, very peaceful.

Sofia greeted us with port wine and bottled water, a great host! We loved the house, it was very comfortable, roomy, very well located, close to everything and the animals in the back were really cute. Breakfast was provided as well which was one less thing for us to think or plan about.

The power went off but it returned when we notify them.

Located in Brancas, 6 minutes away from the Monastery. Sofia greeted us with a taste of port wine and provided water as well as juice and bread for breakfast. The back patio has a very cute little garden and some goats, sheep, a pony, ducks, etc. We absolutely loved Sofia and everything about the house, it was large and very comfortable.

The power goes off if all electric heaters and another electric device is on. Unfortunately the wood stove does not warm up the entire house.

Real animal farm with ducks, chickens, sheeps. Friendly cat. The property is excellent!

Location was excellent for all the grutas in the area, also bonus as it was close enough (5min) to Batalha for groceries/food etc. Getting there by car was easy, no difficult roads to travel on. Home was clean and well stocked with extra towels, bedding. Animals were very cute! We didn't have much time to spend with them but maybe next time =) Garden was lovely, we wandered around each morning to pick fresh figs, strawberries and blackberries. Very generous of the host to allow us to do this. Host was easy to contact and very kind.

Only issue that we had (which we found common in portugal homes and therefore not bothered by it) was a funky smell in the toilet. Its just the sewage system is not excellent in rural areas but we just left the window open and it was fine.

Awesome apartment in a small farm. We loved everything about this place. It’s a 5 minute drive to a supermarket and the monastery. Sofia was very nice and informative. This was our best stay during our month long trip. We will be staying here again if we’re back in the area.
