Very big room very well appointed with sofa dressing table chest of drawers chairs bath and shower over . Extremely well appointed and decorated. Plenty of tea milk and coffee. Excellent position for exploring that part of MOrecombe bay. Very good Breakfast and other meals. The staff were very helpful warm and friendly. Also reasonable amount of parking

Think might be made easier to get extra toilet rolls and say millk etc

Katie, the host was wonderful. Not thing was too much trouble. A lovely old pub, great service and wonderful breakfast included. Good ,free off street parking. Nice bright room.

Small shower on bathroom. Only a minor complaint.

"Lovely stay"

We really enjoyed our stay here , room was comfy and clean , the pub itself was great serving good food and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was fantastic with a 5 minute walk to the sea front and set in a peaceful village.

"Great base to visit the Lakes district"

Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Excellent meals in the pub. If you have a car, convenient to Ulverston and easy access to the Lakes District. Off street parking available. Happy to return. Great value compared to other accommodation lakeside.

"Very Good"

Hotel was great staff very pleasant and polite breakfast was amazing food prices were good 👍

We went for 2 night on the first night having a drink in the bar and at 8.20 the lady behind the bar said they were closing in half an hour but we wanted to stay and have a few more drinks but cudnt
