absolutely fantastic boutique hotel. The owner is so nice and accommodating. The hotel is located in a small, quiet town where you will have no doubt you are in Italy. The breakfast is served at a nearby cafe (literally just down the stairs) that serves as a meeting point for locals. Incredible cafe and feeling. Mountain views are a cherry on the top too :)

Room very spacious , quiet and clean. Excellent stay on our way to Bellagio, Como. Located in a small village and the breakfast is in a lovely bakery next to the B&B

We arrived at night and it was dark and took us some minutes to find the property and the entrance but not really an issue.

Perfect little setup, quite small but perfect for what I needed. Nicely finished, well located and a really friendly host.

It was October and still very warm and air con would have been welcome. Without it and with the window open, I got eaten alive by mosquitos and was quite warm
