Jackie O' a la maison

The rooms are situated in a good area within the Citta Alta and very close to the central area. The beds were clean and comfortable. For arrival it is situated 5 mins downhill from the funicular and 5 mins from the 1A bus stop. Various complementary teas and coffee were provided (creamer would be good to provide for future guests).

Our room window looked out onto the street which unfortunately has traffic throughout the night. The narrow street amplified the noise and disturbed our sleep. More mugs are needed as there were not many and those available were chipped and stained. On our day of arrival communication was poor by messaging, I tried WhatsApp, text and messages on Booking.Com. In the end I contacted Roberto by phone and he answered immediately.

Quirky and well positioned in the town. Handy for the bus from the airport and to the station, too. Not particularly cosy but it had everything you needed and basic tea and coffee (no milk). Roberto was very helpful and answered emails and WhatsApps immediately. Check in was easy, as was check out. And Roberto kindly allowed us to leave our bags there until it was time for our bus.
