ROVery good stay, comfy and clean. We were quite late, but were able to check in close to midnight.
GBWe had an excellent stay. The apartment is a 25 minute walk to the train station, or 5 minutes on the bus with the bus stop outside the apartment. The whole apartment was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, each of the two rooms have their own fridge in the kitchen. The bedroom was larger than we expected from the photos, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment is quiet at night. Good WiFi. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and friendly; he sent us several links via WhatsApp to restaurant recommendations and information on public transport. We would 100% recommend and would stay again!
It would be helpful if the Smart House Rooms Luxury was listed on the door entry system as we didn't know which bell to press to get in the building when we arrived. This was not a huge issues though, as the owner was waiting for us in the apartment (he had asked for our estimated time of arrival) and greeted us after we phoned him to let him know we were waiting outside.
MYNo fuss check-in, free parking, clean room, and good walking distance to Bergamo center. It's a great base if you have a car and wonder what to do with it.

KENice room, with access to a very well equipped kitchen and a terrace which was a nice place to sit before or after sightseeing. The bus stop was just outside the hotel and there are several good cafes and delis very close by. The airport pick up was very much appreciated especially as our flight landed quite late.
The hotel is not staffed and as we had just arrived in Italy and it was our first European trip in many years, it helps to have staff who can answer questions and give directions.
