B&B Griffoni 7

Located in the historical center of Bologna. This was our fourth visit to the town and we knew the neighborhood a bit. There are many nice restaurants and cafes close by. All main tourist attractions as well. The apartment itself is in a small quiet street with views to two sides. It’s very spacious; well decorated and with large windows. To be honest, I have never seen any place cleaner than this. Exceptional. Maria (the host) is super friendly and helpful. You can also leave your luggage there after checkout.

MariaさんもLuigiさんもとても親切でした！建物までの行き方について事前に「工事をしている場所が多く、ルートが頻繁に変わるから公共交通は避けた方が良い」とか「今日は暑いから、歩いて来るならこの道を通ると日陰が多い」いう情報をもらえてとても助かりました。 建物は中心地に近く、それでいて静か。エアコンもあり、飲み物や軽食もたくさん用意されていて、とても快適でした！

部屋の中に段差(階段)があるので、たくさん歩いた後で筋肉痛がある人には多少つらいかもしれません笑

Maria is a wonderful host. She is very attentive, welcoming, and was genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Communication before arrival was smooth and easy and she responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a couple of special requests, including dietary requirements and everything was arranged for us which was really appreciated. The place itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed during a stay. Everything functioned perfectly. The location is also excellent, it is very central and everything is within easy reach. Overall, we had a great experience, enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again! Thanks again to Maria and her team!

This is not something we disliked or something that bothered us, but rather something future guests may want to consider. As shown in the photos, both the bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs, so the accommodation may not be ideal for people with difficulty climbing stairs.

The location was excellent and Maria the hostess and her family were very nice friendly people who welcomed us and accommodated us very well throughout our stay there

My only concern was with not having a sink in the kitchenette area to get water for the teas and coffee We had to get this from the bathroom upstairs which was not too much trouble but would be nice to have this in there

The B&B is very beautifully decorated with an art taste ... it's cleanness on a top level, as the food in the fridge for breakfast, in total Maria is there for you to have the Bologna filing (if you ask she has recommendations for everything, even without asking). From the B&B everything you need to see and visit is in a walking distance... We were very satisfied with everything, and trust me we have seen a lot of accommodations via Booking and this is one of the best one out there... and definitely the best choice for Bologna

Location was perfect. Just off the main plaza. Close to all sites but quiet in the evening. Spotlessly clean with every amenity. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of Choice. Bread, sweets, fruit, yogurt and many condiments and beverages. The decor is beautiful, artistic and the bedding made for a wonderful and comfortable stay. Our Host Maria is delightful and met us personally to ensure we had all the information we needed and knew how everything operates.

The location was fantastic, quiet but 5 minutes from the centre. Breakfast was plentiful and topped up every day. The room itself was a suite, beautifully decorated with comfortable seating and bed. Maria was super helpful in calling a taxi to the airport for us.

A mirror downstairs would be useful, otherwise all was perfect.
