Everything, nothing to not like Fantastic breakfast

Lovely room, lovely view and lovely breakfast. Very good value for money.

the room was the superior room with balcony , the room was spotless clean as was the bathroom , and the bathroom had plenty of hot water,

the balcony gave us a superb panorama of the sea , it was the type you could happily just sit and watch the world go by , except when you did sit the flower boxes on railings obscured 70%of the panorama!! please sort it mike .you will get more happier guest , and lower front steps need a bit of work .

I had a large room on the top floor with a fabulous view across Paignton and the bay to Brixham. Sole use of the shower room next door. Both rooms were exceptionally clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. A good choice for breakfast and host Mike cooked an excellent full english. Parking available.

There were a lot of stairs.

Lovely little room, perfect for me and my dog. Short walk to the beach ⛱️ Breakfast was amazing 👏

We had room 3 at the top of the house with our own private bathroom was a lovely size and very clean and comfortable

The only negative for me was that dogs were allowed as don’t agree with animals being in bedrooms
