Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti dal centro; l'hosting Dany molto disponibile. Dimensione camera da letto esageratamente e piacevolmente grande.

La struttura è un pó datata nel tempo, necessita di rimodernamento interno soprattutto per le porte interne che non Isolano per nulla e, soprattutto, il vano bagno in comune alle due camere matrimonial deve essere rimodernato... peccato perché con poco potrebve essere molto meglio!!!

Само расположение приемлемое , постельное белье чистое,девушка администратор приветливая но на этом плюсы закончились.

Все началось со входа, нужно немного подумать прежде чем попасть в квартиру. Комната очень маленькая, (на фото кажется больше) с кондиционера жутко воняло плесенью. Розетку дабы зарядить телефон удалось найти не с первого раза. Все очень старое, но +- чистое, в душе и туалете плесень. Мы не оставались, увидев то где нам пришлось бы ночевать, ушли в отель недалеко от данного местоположения. Отменить бронь бесплатно отказались, потребовали оплатить за день. Советуем не тратить время на остановку здесь.

La habitación es bastante amplia y se duerme bien. Está a unos 20min caminando del centro.

El desayuno no es preparado si no que te dejan las cosas en la refrigeradora para que te sirvas al otro día.

Très calme si vous êtes côté cour . Très bien placé pour aller dans le centre historique de Catane à pied 1km 200. Et très facile de garer la voiture .

Le lieu du logement est très bien. Proche du métro et à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville. L'hôte est à l'écoute et donne plein de conseils sur les activités à faire dans la ville. Merci à elle ☺️

Le seul bémol est le partage de la salle de bain avec d'autres personnes du logement (si vous n'aimez pas cela).
