This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sat 28 Sept 2024 until Fri 02 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Air conditioning is charged extra at 22 euro per night when used. The heating fee is charged extra at 50 euro per night when used.

"Beautiful villa in Tuscany, great location."

Fabulous location, central to Tuscany enabling several day trips. Beautiful villa and surroundings. Great size rooms.

Kitchen equipment (pots, strainer, water glasses, wine glasses, etc.) was insufficient for 12 or more guests. Cannot accommodate that many people to eat inside. 2 burners on the stove not functioning properly. Guests would benefit from having soap pumps at the sinks (kitchen and bathroom) and extra hand towels in the bathrooms.

Very symphatic, friendly and helpfull owners. Nice localisation. Great sweet breakfest. Nice design of rooms.

I recommend this place to everyone! Very kind and hospitable owners. Claudia recommended places to eat and drink in Cortona, places to visit next to the lake, a shopping mall as we lost our luggage at the airport, served us wine, they treated us like family! We had a nice room with a spacious balcony, it is very convenient! The breakfast was nice with eggs, tomatoes from the garden, jams, butter and toast and the swimming pool a nice touch!

Wifi signal was unstable sometimes
