Small but comfortable hotel in a convenient and safe location. I appreciated being able to arrive and leave at any time of night, and receptionist being available to assist, to accommodate tours and drop-offs in the very early hours of the morning!

Easy, near the plaza, market and shops. Basic but nice. Quiet, clean, nice staff, complementary teas ans coffee by reception.

The only litle thing is that you cant go in by yourself, you always gotta ring the bell so they can unlock the door allow you in.

Great staff, excellent location, very clean room & bathroom. Close to many tourist attractions, the main plaza, restaurants, & main market.

Had to leave to return to work. But will definitely return when in Arequipa.

Quiet location. Hot shower. Comfy bed. Good WiFi. Helpful staff.

Nothing much to dislike. Window looked out onto an internal space and directly at the window of the room opposite. Had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Would have liked a bedside light.
