Location.

I got the room near the road and it was impossible to sleep due to the noise. I wanted to change, but of course it was impossible. From the hotel I expect to allow me to sleep. Failing here is equal to minimal possible rating. Cold water.

This time I got a room looking like a broom closet. Window pointing to the wall, small, ugly room. But it was not that noisy. Why I came to the same hotel? Perumin conference in Arequipa and lack of other options.

I felt that it was comfortable. The staff was helpful in letting me check in bags. There was tea and hot water which was nice.

The toilet in the lobby's plug got caught so you had to release it so it would plug again for the next flush. The hostel is narrow so it can be hard to find especially at night.

Hotel propre et confortable pour le prix. Personnel à l'acceuil toujours très aimable. On aurait aimé une douche un peu plus chaude mais elle était malgé tout correcte.
