"Good value for money stay in the historical centre of Arequipa"

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean. Good value for money.

There was an occasion when I took a shower in the morning and hot water wasn't consistently available. It would have been helpful if this guest house provided laundry service as well. Lighting in the room was dim.
