The room I stayed in was comfortable. The gentleman that greeted us was kind.

I thought the place was abandoned by the way it looked outside. Very unkept, very disappointed by the outdoors. They also stated that there would be linens and stuff for a shower. It was lacking washcloths and soap. The hallways and common areas smelled bad.

Room and building was clean and comfy.

I could have used another window in my room. I expected more at breakfast, although it was adequate. There was no place to sit outside. The grounds are getting to a place of complete neglect.

Continental breakfast was very good. Fresh fruits, juices, coffee, bagels, etc. Something for everyone.

Truth be known, the exterior of the property is in serious need of attention. The interior main floor needed to be cleaner. The dining area was very clean, however.
