"Great comfortable room for a couple"

Sebastian was very friendly and welcoming. Room was warm and spacious with a large comfortable bed. We only stayed 1 night but would have stayed longer if we had the time. Location is close to local eating options.

Floor tiles in the bathroom were very cold. Location is a bit out of Dunedin so best if you have your own transport. As this is an older building, noises from movement in the house could be heard. TV stopped working but wasn't an issue for us.
