"maybe not enough personal space"

clean & nice breakfast , stunning views

Doesn’t have en-suite. A young dog that’s out of control & randomly collects clothing from your room. A car is a must as it’s situated very high up from town/restaurants

"Stunning view...."

We spent 4 beautiful days in Dunedin. Don and Peiriena are thoughtful hosts. They generously shared their apartment with us and gave us the benefit of their knowledge of the region. A big impression on us made the large offer for the continental breakfast, but also the bay-overlooking-view out of our up-graded room: At night, we could stargaze directly out of our bed, and on our second night, we even saw an Aurora Australis!
