They seemed not prepared for me. Reception was disaster.

Firstly they offered me room without bathroom. How possible? This a basic thing. Secondly they tried to source another room which was not prepared, they only prepared it in my presence. It was another disaster. Bed uncomfortable with old mattress which is sinking in. It was really bad. Major upliftment needed with the property.

The rooms are big enough n the space apartment is cool

They don't change bedding n In my room there was no toiletry even the towels

The check-in and check-out processes were rapid.

Everything else. That place is a pig sty. The room sheets were not clean. The wooden floor was sticky. The room had poor ventilation and the only available window peeked into the privacy of another room, which also had no window. The room had a terrible odor which a fan could not remove. The shared bathroom facilities were not clean. No shower head, built-up soap and scum all over. Surprisingly, the only bathroom in that section shared by four or five rooms was also used as a laundry room - a further inconvenience. The hallway reeks awfully so. The bed was like a frame of steel tbh. There were exposed live wires all over the room. The kitchen was a nightmare!!!

Customer service from the reception it is not well. The bedding ain't too comfortable too. And also the receptionist make too much noise.....

Nothing beside the fan was working.

TV was not working the room had another exit door to the next room so didn't feel safe

Reservation confirmed, but told no rooms available on the day of arrival. Had to use a different guest facility.

Poor communication, will not ever return

I would say where is located , that’s it !.

Rooms were dirty , dust in bathroom, they had power cut just 30 minutes after checking in and no load-shedding was reported at that time and area as well . Our room was one door away from the reception , and the staff was very loud , laughing and speaking very loud like there were no guests . We booked two bedroom, one of the beds were not made up , mattress only covered with smelly mattress cover with stains . And stuff never bothered to get us clean sheets . Also towels were not provided , I had to go ask at the reception the next morning of checking out and I was given one (1) towel , by the way I’m with my spouse , we had to share a towel . Highly disappointed.
