"Pleasant stay and great staff"

The staff is very good. The manager was cooperative and helped us even when there was a crisis in Gangtok. Pleasant stay.

Good spacious rooms, hall and kitchen. We were two couples and we stayed there for 5 nights. The staff was extremely cooperative and accomodated most of our requests. Good food too. Has a kunchenjunga view from hall window. Staff is always on their toes. Gave us complimentary casino (Ramada) passes.

It was on the fourth floor and there was no lift. Second day onwards we got used to it though. Only one room heater was available.

Service was excellent, prime location very close to main market area, Rajkumar was very helpful and always happy to assist, room was spacious and getting cleaned everyday, outstanding experience.
