San Miguel B&B Granada

San Miguel is undoubtedly the best B&B we have ever stayed in! Our host Stefano couldn’t have been more helpful. He showed us where to park our car for the 3 days we stayed with him, explained how to use the public transport and where to find the best restaurants and Flamenco shows. The breakfast he provided was excellent, more than enough for my wife and I. We had use of the kitchen and top lounge, balcony and garden area! If we ever return to Granada this would be our first choice accommodation!

De badkamer is aan vervanging toe. Ik had de booking gedaan zonder dat ik in de gaten had van dat de Checkin tot 19 uur was! Het ging aan het begin echt stroef omdat ik een te late vlucht had en ik te horen kreeg van dat ik het beter had moeten lezen! Dus let op als je een late checkin wilt!

Our host was welcoming and gave us a contact number for any queries during our stay. We had use of a well equipped kitchen during our stay and breakfast was left available for us at our convenience We were very close to a great viewpoint of the city.

Although we had our own bathroom, it was across a small shared landing We found the bread rolls each morning to be hard and quite dry. It was a long steep walk down to the albacin and back up, but public transport was an option, and taxis were good value

Una habitación amplia con buena ventilación y luz natural. Instalaciones limpias y adecuadas. Nuestro anfitrión muy amable y hospitalario. Un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo y, aunque algo alejado del centro, está muy bien conectado y accesible con transporte público. Un lugar muy cerca del mirador de San Miguel que brinda unas vistas espectaculares.

From communicating on booking.com months before arrival to the last evening, Stefano was prompt in responding, kind, friendly, helpful, and generous. When we arrived, Stefano ensured we had the information of the areas ( what to see and gow to get there) and gave us a map to assist in maximising and enjoying our stay in Granada. The accommodation location, although on top of a valley, features the best city and mountain views in Granada. People literally flock from all corners of the city here to see the views. The space was organised, clean, secure, modern, and welcoming. It had everything you could need (aside from a washing machine) The towels and linen were exceptionally soft and luxurious Every morning, we were gifted fresh market bread, fruit, juice, cheese, cured meat, pastries, yogurt, milk, cereal, etc . it was so generous and delicious!! The space also featured a top notch loft ( a communal space) which has big windows, a day bed, a classical Moroccan seating area, and a balcony over looking both city and mountains - great to see some epic sunset views in the comfort of your own space. Overall, it was just a spectacular experience.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Stefano begrüßt und er hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Das B&B ist bis ins Detail wunderschön eingerichtet. Das B&B liegt über den Dächern von Granada und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Das Frühstück war auch super und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Einziger Punkt, aber das ist echt jammern auf hohem Niveau, die Kissen könnten etwas besser sein 😉

Everything was good and exceptionally well organised which is a credit to Stefano the host. The overall accommodation, the room, the breakfast, the closeness to town and ease of transport (or walking) from town to accommodation was very good. Stefano gave a full brief on arrival which was really helpful...thank you

Only one negative. The noise from the adjoining room. Not deliberate noise but incidental. Unless you are a very heavy sleeper, when the person in the other room gets up you will be woken to. Just them walking round or using the ablutions seems to reverberate into your room but to be fair it didn't effect us too much and it wouldn't put me off booking there again because everything else is very good
