Fantastic breakfast- exceeded expectation. Location fantastic for main shops, bars and restaurants.

Good location, easy to find. Large room , comfortable bed, luxurious towels! Lively continental breakfast , with plenty of choice, and a lovely table to eat at . Friendly hosts .

Nothing major, if I had to point anything out negative was having a wet toilet after having a shower, but we were informed of the reason why prior so we we were not surprised.

A lovely room with everything you could need. Very nicely furnished with lots of little tweaks. Very good standard. Bed exceptionally comfortable with big fluffy pillows. Dining facilities were an added bonus. The hosts, Paula and Steve went over and above to make us feel welcomed and were full of information. The breakfast was a feast and freshly prepared - we couldn’t eat it all! The quaint high street is on your doorstep and restaurants, cafes are all within a stones throw. The park is your back garden and the beach is only 10 minutes walk away. If you are a light sleeper you may want to take earplugs as the church bells do chime throughout the night but with such a comfortable bed, we didn’t hear them.

Room was clean with tea coffee and even a bottle of fizz. Room even came with festive decorations.

Fantastic little place hidden away near the centre of Hornsea. Local amenities very short stroll including pubs, bars and restaurants. Hosts couldn't be more friendly - excellent breakfast provided, not a full English but plentiful and very nice indeed. Lovely little private garden to sit in and relax.

This property was just amazing. The location was unique in the heart of town with views over the town historic Norman church on one side and a peaceful lovely park on another. Beautiful comfortable room with everything we needed. Comfy bed and excellent shower. Our hosts were lovely. We felt much looked after and cared for. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. Excellent tasty breakfast. We chose Hornsea to enjoy the seaside and complete a walk we had planned from town around the Hornsea mere. On our way to Hornsea we also completed a walk starting from Market Weighton mostly along the Yorkshire wold way. The walks were absolutely amazing with breath-taking views over the Yorkshire wolds. This was a fabulous long weekend away and we look forward to going back again some time.
