We were greeted by the owner who was extremely welcoming. Room was very nice, clean and bright with fresh towels and tea, coffee facilities, on suite shower room very clean with everything working as it should.

"Used this as an overnight stop on a walking holiday. WOuld have been happy to stay longer."

We were made to feel very welcome by Steve and Mal. Room very comfortable. Nice ensuite with Bath. I am 1.90 metres tall and the bed was plenty big enough. Excellent cooked breakfast.

Free overnight parking expires at 09:00 so you need to watch out. Cheap parking is available 100 yards up the road at the Football club

"Excellent B&B, with friendly hosts and dog friendly. Right on the SWCP."

Great location in Central Bideford. Steve the owner was very welcoming and friendly. I was able to drop off a rucksack earlier than expected. The breakfast was excellent. I was travelling with my dog and Steve made it easy for me during the stay, even arranging a meeting with his dog. Good location for walking sections of the SWCP too, as I was. All in all, a great place to stay. I would recommend it to others.

Nothing worth reporting.
