Breakfast was delicious. Our hosts had fantastic stories and were extremely helpful in a number of ways from accommodating our late check in and helping us get back to our car in the morning.

"Lovely and comfortable"

10.0

Lime Trees Farm is in a beautiful location. The bedroom was lovely, clean and well presented. There were two flapjacks in the room on arrival which were delicious and much appreciated. Great sized bath which was very relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was brilliant. Highly recommend!

"Fairly comfortable"

8.0

Relatively easy to get to.. well maintained country/Farm house lived on by the family who rents out a couple of spare rooms to short stop guests

Not a lot to dislike, as long as you know what to expect. Luckily we did not have much time to stay inside as we went late in the night and got away early morning, so wasn’t sure if any other areas like living room etc were accessible for guests to use, because if you have to stay in for a few hours in daylight then it will be a little boring to spent the time in a smaller room. The room we had did not have an attached bathroom, but i guess it’s my own fault for not reading that properly, but did not cause any inconvenience as we (my wife and I) were the only ones using that bathroom

"Bucolic luxury"

10.0

Superbly located in rural Oxford, a quiet, tranquil B&B of the highest standard. A very welcoming Caroline made us feel totally at home and a superb, leisurely breakfast next morning saw us on our way totally replete.

A quirky property that has been updated since its construction in the mid 1700's(!) lacks a shower cubicle but this is a small niggle in an otherwise top-notch establishment.

"Perfect"

Gorgeous house, beautiful surroundings, lovely host. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely roll top bath. I even left with freshly laid eggs from the chickens the next day!

I honestly couldn’t fault it.
