Lime Trees Farm

The property is well located in a quiet rural area and offers plenty of safe and secure parking. The rooms are beautifully presented, well equipped, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our breakfasts were freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. Caroline and Keith are charming and helpful hosts and we enjoyed excellent communication ahead of our stay and were made to feel very welcome in their home. As an aside, we would highly recommend The Pheasant at Brill for an evening meal (4 mile easy drive) - lovely atmosphere, superb food and friendly staff.

We would have preferred plumper / firmer pillows but this is very much down to personal preference and in fairness to our hosts, they would probably have been able to assist with this had we mentioned it to them.

Nourishing and very well cooked breakfasts. Pleasing range of content available.

Greater clarity at the outset regarding the water would have been useful, given that there were reservations about the palatability of the water-softening process, to the degree that an alternative supply of potable water was made available in the room. That was fine, save that more of it would have been useful.

Excellent place to stay, like home from home. Caroline was so welcoming and accommodating. Much better than staying at the large chains and a beautiful and quiet surroundings! Their little dog was also lovely!
