The owner was lovely and helpful the guest house was a pretty farm house style with good views and the scrambled eggs at breakfast (from the owners chickens) where amazing.

"What a lovely place to stay"

Caroline was very welcoming and made me feel at home. The house is full of character, is beautifully presented, very clean and tidy. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed, the bedding is impeccable, and of high quality. The private bathroom again was exceptionally clean, with again high-quality fittings and fixtures, towels, and gowns provided for my stay were kitten soft and had a lovely fragrance. Caroline asked me what time I would like my breakfast and what I would like. I got up, and Caroline prepared me a lovely fresh breakfast, including eggs laid by her hens.

There was nothing that needed improvement.

Wonderful room, very cosy and clean, amazing views, authentic, full of character. Caroline and Keith made us feel so welcome- extremely friendly and they went out of their way to help us have the best stay possible, which was most appreciated.

Lime Trees Farm is a beautiful bed and breakfast. Our room was large, quiet and comfortable with lovely views across the fields. The bed was equally large and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Caroline and her husband are excellent hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.
