"Not value for money."

The suite is tastefully furnished but not value for money.

As I needed some information,I have been calling the number indicated on Booking.com a number of times some days in advance and also sent WhatsApps without response. Then the day before arrival they called me. When I made my remarks about the lack of responsiveness I was told “We are talking now…You can ask now” This is not an appropriate professional conduct for the price point of the Bolgheri Wine Suite.

"A beautiful suite located very central"

The property is beautiful! The attention to detail is outstanding! The location could not be more central..the door literally opens onto the main square. Giada was an outstanding manager. Her communication was perfect with lots of helpful video’s on how to find the property, parking, etc. Thank you for making our stay so special! My husband and I will definitely be back!

"not worth it, very expensive for a room for rent without any comforts"

cleanliness, wine choice

minimum facilities (EG no tv) very far away car park: to walk uphill for 500m uncomfortable tv no breakfast, need to go to a bar nearby no staff at all
