Hotel położony w idealnym miejscu. Przepiękne widoki z pokoju i restauracji. Przepyszne śniadania jak i obiady i kolacje. Pokój bardzo zadbany, czysty z prysznicem i toaletą. Zawsze można liczyć na pomoc Pań z recepcji. Te Panie tworzą wspaniałą atmosferę, czuliśmy się jak w domu...i przeszły nasze oczekiwania w organizacji niespodzianki urodzinowej dla naszej córki. Pełna konspiracja.:) Te wspomnienia zostaną nam na lata! Pobyt będziemy bardzo bardzo miło wspominać. I mamy nadzieję że uda nam się wrócić w TO miejsce w bardzo krótkim czasie! Jeśli nadal się zastanawiasz to rezerwuj!! Polecam w 101%!!

Bardzo udany pobyt, miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu, przestronny parking, blisko na szlak górski. Śniadanie smaczne i zdrowe, pyszna kawa. Pokój przestronny i czysty. Możliwość relaksu po wędrówce w jacuzzi i saunie. Na końcu korytarza znajduje się pokój, gdzie można odgrzać posiłek w mikrofali i schować jedzenie do lodówek. Jednym słowem - polecam!

Bliskość do szlaków..W pokoju czysto ,ciepło ..Wyśmienite śniadania..Strefa SPA Ok..Pomimo wcześniejszego przyjazdu,można było zostawić samochód na parkingu przy hotelu i maszerować na Śnieżkę..Po wędrówce ,również była możliwość wcześniejszego zakwaterowania...Polecam.:)

Wspaniałe miejsce.Czysty i pachnący hotel.Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel.Śniadanie wyśmienite.Myślę,że nasz kolejny pobyt w Karpaczu będzie właśnie z noclegiem w tym miejscu.

Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe zur Kirche Wang und zu Wanderwegen im Nationalpark. Das Skigebiet ist nur 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Unser Familienzimmer war für uns wirklich schön und ausreichend groß. Eine Service Mitarbeiterin hat super deutsch gesprochen und alles ausführlich erklärt. Sonst verständigt man sich in englisch- deutsch- polnisch. App sei Dank :) Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr umfangreich, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Nachmittag kann man kl. Süßspeisen oder Kuchen bestellen. Am Abend gibt es täglich eine neue Karte, zur normalen Abendkarte. Wir haben jeden Abend hier gegessen. Alles war sehr lecker. Der Parkplatz befindet sich am Hotel und wird durch ein Schrankensystem gesichert.

Die Zimmertüren könnten erneuert werden. Sind etwas wackelig. Es war in unserer Aufenthaltszeit, auf unserer Etage, ruhig. Jedoch habe ich durch den Lüftungsschacht, in der Nacht, einen anderen Gast, schnarchen gehört.
