Please be aware check-in is strictly by 20:30, there is no facility to check in after 20:30. This property does not accept American Express cards. Directions - South Bound: Take the A1 road towards London, notice A1/A421 roundabout; stay on A1, the entrance to Highfield Farm is exactly 2.5 miles on the left, directly from the A1. Drive slowly and watch for the yellow/black sign. Directions - North Bound: Take the A1 Road towards ‘The North’, notice at Sandy roundabout the A603 (to left) towards Bedford but stay on A1, after about 1.5 miles, having passed a filling station, leave A1 to the left for Blunham, then immediately turn right to access a new bridge over A1. Do a u-turn over A1 and rejoin the A1 towards London and Sandy, Highfield Farm is 300 yards on the left, directly from A1. Drive slowly and watch for the yellow/black sign. Due to the property being an arable farm, dust and noise is possible at times.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

What a gem to find on the A1 - Highfield Farm offered a warm comfy haven on a long journey. The room was comfy warm and so clean with a spaceious ensuite. Plenty of room for a family stop over. Also a large lounge available for all guests to share. Breakfast - again excepltional care and attention taken of the guests.

"A great place to stay and would definitely return."

Breakfast was lovely. Catered well for vegans with milk and butter alternatives that you don't always get. Great views of bird feeders overlooking farmland. Great lounge area for relaxing together too. Lovely host.

A couple of board games or pack of cards to add to the lounge space would be great.

Beautiful place to visit, stunning house and room was lovely and comfortable, with lovely home made teats in the room waiting on us , breakfast was beautiful all fresh ingredients, will definitely be back if in the area again and can’t recommend it highly enough 👍host was lovely 🙂

"Henfield farm"

from the moment we arrived we was made to feel very welcome the rooms was lovely clean and everything you need. the lady went above and beyond breakfast was lovely stuff was friendly too thank you for having us we will definitely be coming back

only thing was finding it it's hidden just off the a1 and is very easily missed unless you know where your going
