Absolute gem. Loved it. Great location, too.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful accommodation & perfect Location. Alberto was very helpful recommending Gluten Free restaurants also providing a GF breakfast basket. We will definitely return. Our room was gorgeous, we stayed 2a & 2c.

Enige minpunt is het moeilijke parkeren. Het hotel, het personeel en de tuin zijn magnifiek.

What an amazing place!! I loved the garden outlook, breakfast al fresco, helpful staff, great location, and the most amazing ceilings. Elegantly decorated, comfortable bed, and air con. Access to my room only required one or two stairs so was easily navigated with my luggage. And Siena, oh you stole a piece of my heart… I hope to be back again soon and will definitely stay here!

Nothing really! It is a good walk from the station and my complaint is with the map apps, not the property… take the path through the old town, not the faster route (or you’ll be walking on the road)

Well positioned, clean and comfortable

There wasn’t much not to like - but a small thing - maybe with breakfast - suggest not being asked to pre-order the day before about eggs and/or croissants.

Tout était parfait: l'emplacement proche de la Piazza del Campo, la chambre, la disponibilité des réceptionnistes (dont un qui parlait français), le petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur pour profiter du beau temps. Je reviendrai si l’occasion se présente :)

Excellent friendly service. Very helpful in every respect. Disappointed with my room because I thought I was getting a garden view and the single bed was very snug. In the scheme of things small points! The garden was a wonderful haven!
