One of the most incredible stays! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, size, location, and common areas of the accommodation. This felt like a truly special stay and exceeded our expectations. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again! Elevator is an added bonus with moving luggage.

Fantastic location, gorgeous room, private and comfortable. Take elevator to 3rd floor (versus 6 flights of stairs). Large bottle of water with glasses was a nice touch.

All was great. These are few small things that wouldake this apartment better. Our window faced a bus terminal so a bit noisy but nothing we couldn’t handle. It would have been nice to have a nespresso machine in the room or sitting area to have a coffee in the morning. No fridge.

Great location, incredible interior and also a super friendly host. You are not in the absolute city center but as Siena is very small it's close enough to have quick walks and could even come back if you forgot something. We walked from the train station which was absolutely doable (20 minutes), so all in all perfect location.

The noise from the street was unbearable for us, we didn't sleep both nights as people on the street were screaming the whole night. It was without exaggeration quieter during the day than in the night.

The room was lovely. Excellent bed, beautiful antique furniture and nice bathroom. The view on a square from the window gave us a sense of being 'in the town'. We could look out at the people of Siena coming and going at the bus station but also had a view of lots of trees from the nearby park. I liked in particular the central room of the Residenza, beautifully furnished and with fresh flowers, and lots of light. The organic market outside on a Saturday morning is not to be missed.

I liked everything in the room. Saturday night there was quite a lot of noise from the street, but not too bad.

Our room, overlooking the park, was lovely and the location was perfect for exploring Siena. David was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

The place was so lovely..and brilliantly located for all the sights of Sienna. .

Unfortunately the location came at a cost..Saturday night was very noisy with weekend revellers . Would have liked the possibility to make a hot drink

The location was excellent right in the middle of everything we wanted to see, close to coffee shops and restaurants. the historic building was amazing. We would stay there another time !!
