Great location.Apartment style room 6. Spacious,quiet in the evening even though located in busy area. Hosts always responsive. Very clean. Comfy bed and fresh white towels.

Could do with a blind /curtain over front door to block out early morning sunlight.Option of earlier check in if rooms are ready.

Located in a great area

Our room did not look anything like the photos. the one window opened onto a balcony courtyard were guests from another facility could sit and so we could not open the curtain due to lack of privacy nor the window without hearing conversations.

Only problem is no front desk until 2pm and then behind an unlabelled door. In fact no plaque anywhere to identify the apartment and VERY difficult to find. Had to ask neighboring business and only one had a clue. Otherwise quiet and well situated.

Great location in old town, close to all shops , restaurants etc. Bed comfy, room nice, bathroom nice. Guy at reception was very helpful and friendly

Need nameplate outside door to reception otherwise have no idea it's the place. Also the reception door is always closed, needs to have sign saying open. Can be frustrating trying to find where to go. Shutters in bathroom , need to be closed more, as apartment opposite looks straight in when in shower. Not ideal. No soap dispenser in shower and runs out of hot water quickly..

third time i have stayed there .which says everything

Loved it. It’s VERY short walking distance to the palace. Bars, restaurants steps away. Quiet, modern and clean.

Location is excellent for exploring Split. Had a private patio which was lovely for morning coffee etc. Duje was very helpful and answered any questions.

No English stations on tv. Room wasn't as clean as it should have been for guests.
