Druid Cottage

We stayed at Druid Cottage for one night on our way to Dublin and had a very pleasant experience. The cottage itself is a beautifully preserved old house, full of character and charm. Our room was excellent—nicely presented, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The bathroom was clean, even though it was on the smaller side, tiny. What really made the stay special was the hosts. They were an incredibly friendly and kind couple who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, a short but memorable stay in a cosy and authentic setting. We would happily recommend it to anyone passing through Kenmare.

Nothing significant to note, everything met our expectations.

The location was perfect, we loved the ability to walk into town. Dennis was a fabulous host, lovely human. We really enjoyed talking with him, he had a wealth of information and was a lot of fun (also great cook)!

Hosts were friendly, kind, welcoming and informative. We were served a lovely breakfast too. The rooms had interesting and tasteful decorating. It would have been so nice to stay another day.

The bathroom door was a bit difficult to open and close. Just a minor issue.

Beautiful room! Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast. Great hosts! Easy parking, convenient to Main Street of town via car or walk!

The B&B is in a great location, short walk into town and despite being on a main road it was very quiet. Very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also very nice.
