Location is central, although there is a two hour limit on public parking

There was no one to meet us. I had to go looking for someone to show us our room. The heating wasn’t on in the room (4.5 degrees outside). I got an email at 17.09 when I had already been shown the room. In that email I was asked what time I would like breakfast. I said 9.30. Am. The breakfast room was in darkness! Eventually a person turned up (9.40) and one of the breakfasts had to be sent back. Generally, poor overall. I’d question the 9.7 rating although this may be down to summer visitors.
