Wo soll ich anfangen? Dafür, das dieses Haus noch gar nicht so alt ist, macht es von Innen den Eindruck eines kleinen Herrenhauses. Die Einrichtung elegant, zugleich nicht überladen. Ich glaube so etwas nennt man dezente Eleganz. Die Zimmer, die an Gäste vermietet werden, nehmen das Thema auf. Wer als Familie von vier dort zu Gast ist, fühlt sich als Gast, nicht als Kunde. Außerdem hat man sowohl Haus, als auch die Gastgeber Barry & Jens für sich allein. Und diese beiden machen aus dem Gastgeberdasein ein Kunstwerk. Gastgewerbe als Kunst. Das war eine neue Erfahrung für mich und meine Familie. Was besonders heraussticht, ist das Regelwerk, eine Art Hausordnung, die beiden etabliert haben. Einen Rahmen für den gelungenen Aufenthalt. Das ist m. E. die Voraussetzung für diese Gastfreundschaft. Während Jens die Gästebetreuung verinnerlicht hat, hat sich Barry als Remote Reiseführer profiliert, der mit Hilfe weniger Pinselstriche die “must sees” skizziert und beschrieben, denen zu folgen sich als absoluter Treffer herausgestellt hat. Einschließlich Essensempfehlungen irgendwelcher Fischbuden, die ebenfalls zu befolgen sich als sehr richtig erwiesen hat - Stichwort Helens Bar. W’ll come back!

Es gibt Hosts und es gibt diese beiden Hosts! Fantastisches Haus mit superbem Frühstück nach Wunsch und on top herausragende Tipps zu Touren im Gebiet - und das alles in Kombination mit zwei sehr liebenswürdigen Menschen. 12 von 10 Punkten Ganz herzlichen Dank euch beiden! Marcela und Benedikt

The hosts were incredibly friendly and gracious, everything they did was with care and attention to detail. They had fantastic tips regarding what to see in the area as well. Breakfast was great (made to order!), the place was spotlessly clean with a calm vibe. The views from the property are stunning.

Without a doubt, by far the best B&B we have staid in Ireland !! . The hospitality from the very supportive and very welcoming hosts Barry & Jens was top notch and unbelievably amazing. The breakfast was to die for and the location with the sea view was simply breathtaking and incredible. I highly recommend this wonderful place !!

Everything about this stay was top shelf. The room, the extra touches such as travel information and local sites. The view is spectacular, and the hosts are very attentive. Just stay here. Don't bother looking elsewhere.

Kindest and most helpful owners. The breakfast was amazing. The help with planning activities and stops around the Ring of Kerry made our stay so great. Views were outstanding.
