A wonderful place to stay. It is very easy to find, in a great location. While it is in the city it is completely wooded with lots of other plants, so you feel like you are staying in the forest in a beautiful vintage building that has been wonderfully restored. Absolutely wonderful hosts! A true pleasure to talk with them and they were so helpful with helping me solve some problems. A great location, there are two shopping malls within a five minute walk and a great discount grocery store right across the street. Add lots of wonderful restaurants also within walking distance. There is secure parking behind a gate, great for cars and motorcycles. A beautiful clean large room with a large bathroom and great shower. It also has a wonderful balcony. A wonderful breakfast. A true pleasure to stay here. I highly recommend Cospea B&B. I wish we could give ratings higher than 10, as it certainly deserves that

"Terni e d'intorni"

La camera ha dimensioni generose pulita con una bella terrazza grande, host molto gentile . Nel complesso piacevole.

Il letto è cuscini scomodi, non c'è un portasapone nella doccia. La stanza fredda non era acceso il riscaldamento e quindi bisognava arrangiarsi con l'inverter dell'aria condizionata quindi a mio parere scomoda. La struttura dista 1.5 km dal centro di Terni è scomoda da fare a piedi.

Accoglienza, e struttura perfetta. Raccomando per chi vuole visitare le Marmore, il lago di Piediluco o Narni Sotterranea. Posizione ottima.
