Kate is very welcoming and very organised. Breakfast was good and the free cakes much appreciated, as was use of the fridge. The garden was perfect for our dog.

Only a minor point - I don’t think we needed quite so many laminated lists of instructions

Well looked after property and nice rooms. Especially if you get one of the top floor rooms. Breakfast was amazing each morning. And host happy to answer any questions and very approachable.

"Maple bank"

A beautiful b&b in a beautiful location. Met at the door by Kate a very lovely lady who offers the warmest of welcomes. Kate has a vast knowledge of the area so if you are looking for something to do or a place to eat she knows the best .. Maplebank is spotless warm and cozy. A good size room with all the amenities that you need. The food at maple bank is outstanding. Freshly cooked to your liking and a very good plate full. This is my second time here and I will definitely be back for a third.

The only thing I didn't like about maple bank is that I didn't stay long enough 🤣
