The room was well appointed with thoughtful touches such as a little bowl of chocolates. Breakfast was delicious and the owner was friendly and happy to share information about local things to do as well as walks. Perfectly located in the centre of Keswick. Highly recommended.

"Beautiful place, 2 minute walk to town centre, lovely hosts."

A really nice atmosphere Michael made us very welcome and it felt like home from home for couple of days we stayed there, breakfast was very good especially the poached eggs, we will definitely go back.
