Reggelinél a kávé pluszban fizetős (soha sehol nem tapasztaltam még hasonlót!), nincsen klíma a szobákban. Vízmelegítő szintén hiányzik...

A fogyasztás szamlázásába hiba csúszott, amit lassan kezeltek, és nem elég alázattal. De végül igen.
