"Buena relación calidad-precio"

El alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado en el centro pero no hay ruido y por la noche se puede descansar. Todo estaba muy limpio y Serena es muy amable, siempre está atenta a lo que necesites. El desayuno está muy bien y variado. El aire acondicionado se agradece por el calor. Habitación amplia.

Para acceder al alojamiento hay unas escaleras en el edificio estrechas y empinadas. Las camas individuales son un poco pequeñas pero muy cómodas.

"Excelente ubicación y precio razonable en el centro de Cagliari"

La persona que lo lleva es muy amable y se esfuerza en hacer la estancia agradable, en el mismo edificio vive ella con sus padres. Es una opción perfecta para presupuestos ajustados, la ubicación excelente en el barrio de La Marina de Cagliari. Cerca de la estación de trenes y de autobús.

Las escaleras de acceso son pequeñas y empinadas, no es accesible a personas con movilidad reducida. La mampara de la ducha debería de ser renovada pues se puede caer en cualquier momento.

Serena è stata gentilissima. Se torneremo a Cagliari torneremo qui. Ottima colazione molto abbondante. Zona centrale e vicino al centro

The breakfast was excellent. Serena was very kind and accommodating. The room was a perfect size, and we could not have asked for a better location (close to the train station, food and shops, and bus stops).

The wifi was not reliable.

Location is in the center, room was clean, nice breakfast. Serena is a nice host. We had a car and unfortunately got a ticket for parking on the street , where the apartment is located. Serena helped us to solve it. Thanks Serena

If you have a rental car, could be very tricky to find a parking place. I can suggest a parking house Parcheggio REGINA ELENA for 10Euro per day 800m from La Marina or parking close to Santuario di Nostra Signora di Bonaria for free 1.5km from La Marina.
