Living G Room

Gestori sempre disponibili e gentili, camera ottima,parcheggio pubblico sempre disponibile davanti alla struttura,mi sono trovato bene ci tornerò

Atendimento excelente, pessoal muito simpático e atencioso. A limpeza do lugar estava perfeita e tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente. Ar condicionado, toalhas, travesseiros muito cômodos e cama ótima. Muito confortável a estadia.

Como tive um quarto que estava ao lado da rua pela noite havia um pouco de ruído, mas nada que fosse muito incomodo.

Localizzato a Pirri, vicino Cagliari. Non si é in centro città,ma in una decina di minuti in macchina ci si arriva. La stanza é ben arredata con un gusto moderno, le porte sono comunicanti con altri alloggi. Ottima la presenza del terrazzo esterno. Host disponibile nel riceverci alla notte del nostro arrivo e pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Frigo ben rifornito nella zona comune e buona l’idea della macchina del caffé da poter utilizzare. Possibilità di fare colazione tutti i giorni in un bar vicino :)

Problematica con il clima in camera che perdeva e quindi disagio per i primi due giorni di permanenza, poi é stato risolto. A volte rumoroso causa scarsa insonorizzazione delle porte che sono comunicanti.

Spatious room, comfortable bed, biscuits with jam, bottled water, coffee, dental kits, soap bars. Clean.

I would have given a 7 but since there was no hot/warm water at all during my whole stay, it's -1 point. They should fix the doors on the corridor because it's extremely loud when they slam them, and there is no isolation. Also the bathroom door should be fixed. Mosquito net should also be installed. There is enough space in the room for an own fridge. Far from everything. And the term "breakfast included" is a joke, you have to go to a nearby bar where you get a coffee and only one small piece of something. For the rest you have to pay.

The room was great. Large, modern and comfortable. The staff was great and accommodating.

The room would be better if they added a small refrigerator and a hot plate to the kitchen area. This is a bigger issue because there are not many quality restaurants nearby. The surrounding area is safe but not attractive.
