Big and comfortable bed. Self check in was easy. Host was available and helpful. Quiet location (at least at night)!

The place has I think 4 bedrooms and then the shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms. You can hear a lot from the other rooms and the bathrooms are small and in the kitchen/hallway. Would've loved some oil in the kitchen for cooking. Coffee machine didn't seem clean or taken care of.

This lodging feels like home, nothing fancy, just rooms, a shared kitchen, and a little place to sit just behind the house. Guests can use the kitchen, and a coffee machine plus coffee is for guests' use. It's about a 30 min walk to the Via Roma train station. The historical centre is also close enough to walk. Davi is a good-natured host, very relaxed, and meets you at the door when you give previous notice of your arrival time.

There is no breakfast on offer other than coffee, so the name is a bit misleading. Other than that, everything was fine.
